Q: WHAT PRECAUTIONARY STEPS IS BEATNIC TAKING TO PROTECT ITS CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM COVID-19?

A: The safety of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. We continue to follow all recommendations provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Public Health, World Health Organization, local and federal government and other credible agencies to ensure everyone’s safety.


Q: IS YOUR MENU 100% VEGAN?

A: Beatnic is 100% vegan + plant-based. Our menu is free of meat, dairy and egg products and contains no saturated animal fats, cholesterol, or artificial flavors.


Q: HOW DOES YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

A: Download our app and register your account by either adding a credit card or opting to upload future receipts to earn $5 for every $50 you spend in store or online. You’ll also get early access to new menu items and exclusive deals. Bonus points: if you register with your card, your first reward becomes available immediately. Each time you make a purchase at any Beatnic location using the credit card you registered with, you will automatically receive points toward your next reward. You can login and view your rewards at any time and track your progress toward your next reward by selecting the ‘rewards’ section of the menu.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION POLICY?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations. All seating is on a first come first serve basis.


Q: WHAT’S GOING ON WITH DELIVERY?

A: Our NYC and Back Bay locations offer direct delivery through our app and website. We also deliver through Postmates, Caviar, UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash. Customers may pre-order online for contact-free pick-up in-store, through our website or app. Additionally, we cannot accept any orders via phone or email.


Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT BEATNIC?

A: For all general inquiries and/or immediate assistance, it’s best to email hello@eatbeatnic.com. For all press inquiries, please email press@eatbeatnic.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer the phone during normal operating hours, so email is best.


Q: WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR NUTRITIONAL GUIDE?

A: You can view our full nutritional and allergen information at https://www.eatbeatnic.com/Nutritional-Guide. This includes a breakdown of our entire chef-curated menu. At Beatnic, we take allergens extremely seriously, and we take all relevant steps and precautions to eliminate allergen cross-contamination. However, due to a shared kitchen preparation area, we cannot guarantee any menu item will not be cross-contaminated. Please ensure you have advised a Beatnic team member of any allergies prior to placing your order.


Q: CAN I GET YOUR RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS LIST FOR MY MENU ITEM?

A: Unfortunately at this stage, we do not share the recipes and ingredients list of our menu items.


Q: DO YOU PROVIDE THE OPTION FOR CUSTOM MADE OR BUILD YOUR OWN ORDERS?

A: Unfortunately, because our menu items are carefully chef-curated, we are unable to accommodate special requests for custom made or build your own orders. We take great pride in each and every menu item created, and have a range of options in each of our categories for you to choose from. Our full menu can be viewed here.


Q: ARE YOUR FRIES FRIED?

A: Our fries and our Chicky are Air-Baked and never fried.


Q: WHY DO OUR MENU ITEMS NOT CONTAIN CHOLESTEROL?

A: Cholesterol is only found in animal products, and as all our menu items are 100% vegan, they are therefore also all cholesterol free.


Q: DOES BEATNIC OFFER ANY NUT-FREE MENU ITEMS?

A: Yes. We do offer nut-free options. While Beatnic is proud to offer menu items with nut-free ingredients, Beatnic is not a nut-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of nuts.


Q: DOES BEATNIC OFFER ANY SOY-FREE MENU ITEMS?

A: Yes! We do offer some menu items that are soy-free and we do not use soy oil. While Beatnic is proud to offer menu items with soy-free ingredients, Beatnic is not a soy-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of soy. 


Q: DOES BEATNIC OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

A: Yes. We have a selection of gluten-free offerings. While Beatnic is proud to offer menu items with gluten-free ingredients, Beatnic is not a gluten-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of gluten. 


Q: IS BEATNIC CERTIFIED KOSHER?

A: Yes. Beatnic. is certified kosher by International Kosher Council (IKC) under the supervision of Rabbi Zev Schwartz. 


Q: DOES BEATNIC USE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?

A: Beatnic is committed to using organic ingredients whenever possible.


Q: WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH YOUR PACKAGING?

A: Much of our to-go packaging at Beatnic is recyclable and/or compostable.


Q: WHAT IS BEATNIC'S REFUND POLICY?

A: If you placed your order from order.eatbeatnic.com or the Beatnic App:

Reply to your email confirmation. All replies are sent directly to our customer service team. They will respond to your email in a timely manner and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

*All orders placed are final. We are unable to modify, cancel or refund orders that are placed in error.*

If you placed your order through a 3rd party service. (ie. UberEats, Grubhub, Doordash)

Due to policies set by the 3rd parties, we are unable to provide any support for issues on 3rd party providers. Please reach out to the support team for the service you ordered from.
